This was my first hackathon with people other people in my age range. The blessing with this kind of opportunity is that when you're younger, you don't know as much. You learn from mistakes and you make decisions with what you know.
For this hackathon,I paticipated in the NextGen AI Hackathon. This is where I met two new friends, Jesse & Gabriel.
Here's the story!
Saturday:
- Attending this challenge by myself, I had to make friends and this was nerve racking. When you've been working, you almost forget how to meet, introduce yourself and collaborate. When you're working full time, you meet the same people again and again. Sunday:
- Working on the project Monday - Thursday:
- I was still working during the week
- Worked on the project at night time
- Tiring coding nearly 12 hour days Friday: This was a tough day to say the least. We didn't have the entire demo completed. Nor did we have the documentation complete at this point.
Saturday: The excitement of translating our works into a mini presentations to share with the teams
